About
I began working at my hometown library as a senior in high school as a page and quickly realized that my job wasn’t just a way to save money before heading to college—it was what I wanted to do for a career.
After obtaining my master's degree in library and information sciences from Valdosta State University, I was granted the position of children’s librarian in fall 2019 at the Nashua Public Library. In this role, I work with children and tweens, providing new and exciting programming, performing storytimes, puppet shows, babies and books programs, and selecting books for the library to purchase. Working with such a large age ranges allows me to provide book recommendations for all ages, birth through early middle school, as well as parents and caregivers looking for parenting resources.
When I’m not reading for fun, I am reading through our newest arrivals of picture books, nonfiction, and chapter books.
