Fine amnesty

DISCLAIMER: this post is older than one year and may not be up to date.

Do you have overdue Nashua Public Library materials at home? Here’s a great deal for you: Return them to the library between June 19 and 30, 2017, and you won’t have to pay overdue fines on them. In return, bring in one or more nonperishable food items, which will be donated to End 68 Hours of Hunger.

The fine amnesty kicks off the library’s summer reading program, whose theme this year is “Build a Better World.” Find out how you can win prizes as you read at www.nashualibrary.org.

The following items are not included in the fine amnesty: money owed for missing or damaged materials, museum passes, and audio-visual equipment.

For more information about fine amnesty, call the library at 603-589-4600. For a list of suggested items to donate to End 68 Hours of Hunger, go to  www.end68hoursofhunger.org/donate.
