Meet the Players and Choose Your Mayor

The Nashua Public Library and WSMN 1590 will present “Meet the Players and Choose Your Mayor” on Monday, August 24, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will be held in the library’s Music/Art/Media Wing.

Here’s your chance to hear from the candidates running for Mayor of Nashua in the September 8 primary election. This forum, moderated by George Russell, will be broadcast live on WSMN 1590 am. It is sponsored by Joyce Cooling & Heating and American Medical Response.

The forum will begin with brief opening statements from each of the candidates. Following the statements, Russell will ask the candidates questions compiled from WSMN listeners and other Nashuans.

Russell is the host of WSMN’s “Nashua This Morning” show. He is a 12-time winner of the New Hampshire Association of Broadcasters Golden Mic Award.
