A couple of months ago the parking meters were removed from the library parking lot and replaced by a kiosk, pay-by-space system. As of this week you have another way to pay for parking–on your smartphone.
How to use it
Simply download the PayByPhone app from the App Store or Google Play. Set it up with your vehicle information. When you’re ready to park, enter the location and space numbers (found on the signs in front of each parking space), and enter the amount of time you want to park.
The app will notify you a few minutes before your time expires, and you can even add time remotely–no need to run out and feed any meters!
You can use PayByPhone at all downtown City of Nashua parking locations. PayByPhone charges users a 32-cent fee for each transaction.
