The Friends of the Nashua Public Library are fielding a team in the United Way of Greater Nashua’s Nor’easter, which runs from February 5 to 13.
The Nor’easter is a virtual 5K, 10K, or half-marathon walk or run. It is a competitive event, with participants able to win via self-reported time or by points. The course visits nonprofits in Nashua, where participants can earn points by completing individual challenges.
The goal is to raise money for the Friends group and other community partners, like the Front Door Agency, the Adult Learning Center, the Boys and Girls Club, the PLUS Company, and the Y.
