View Cecilia Ulibarri's abstracts in Art Gallery Through June 30

“Journeys of an Artist,” an exhibit of multimedia artwork by Cecilia Ulibarri, is on display in the library Art Gallery in May and June.

Cecilia’s pieces are abstracts inspired by various life moments and the feelings that came with them. She created them with spray paint, oil, foil, acrylics, and inks.

Cecilia, who is also a makeup and body artist, has exhibited in RAW Artist Collaborative showcases in New York and Boston.

Awards

As president and cofounder of Positive Street Art, Cecilia has been recognized on the New Hampshire Magazine 2019 “It List”; as Civic Leader of the Year by Stay Work Play New Hampshire; as one of Senator Maggie Hassan’s “Granite Staters of the Month”; and by the Telegraph’s 40 Under 40, 20/20, and 25 Extraordinary Women. She works as constituent services and cultural affairs coordinator in the Office of the Mayor, City of Nashua.

The exhibit can be viewed anytime the library is open. You can meet the artist at a reception on Thursday, June 2, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
