Use Museum Pass to Visit Museums and Cultural Institutions
Your NPL library card unlocks access to deeply discounted museum passes for dozens of New England’s most renowned museums and institutions, including the Boston Children’s Museum, Children’s Museum of New Hampshire, Currier Museum of Art, Museum of Science, and New England Aquarium.
Explore our Children’s Room or Teen Room
Let their imaginations run wild in our play area, make yourself comfortable in the Cuddle Corner with toys for babies, play a game in the tween corner, or explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math in our Kids’ MakerSpace.
Teens have a room of their own in our library! Design and print something on the 3D printer, make a button, cut out a vinyl decal on our Cricut, and more in the Teen MakerSpace. Teens can also use our computers, play a game, doodle on the whiteboard table, or create art.
Join our Mayor’s Winter Reading Challenge 2023: All The Feels
Experience “all the feels” over winter break! Beginning on January 1, start tracking your reading progress online through Beanstack. You’ll earn fun emoji-themed badges as you fill in a virtual Bingo card by logging your reading and completing activities. Your children and teens will also learn about the history of emojis, the importance of fully expressing themselves, and how reading enlivens our emotions.
